This role oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our mobile heart health testing service. The program has been successfully running for 14 years, and we're seeking an experienced professional to take it to the next level.

The Role
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring the program's financial sustainability, expanding its reach, and enhancing its impact.
  • You'll manage budgets, staff, logistics, and client relationships.
  • You'll identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in health, business development, or customer service.
  • Proven experience in business management and budgeting.
  • Highly developed organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership experience and the ability to manage teams.
  • A deep understanding of cardiovascular health or a keen interest in learning more.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SimplyBook, Sling, MS Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Flexibility with working hours and travel, where required.
  • A strong customer service ethic and stakeholder focus.
