The Inventory Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining and achieving inventory accuracy across the store. Working collaboratively with the leadership team, you will focus on store inventory levels to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the broader store team to provide guidance around good inventory accuracy
  • Support the store leadership team in troubleshooting and decision-making to ensure good stock control
  • Engage and network with Suppliers and Vendors across all departments
  • Embrace policy and procedure and use various technology and systems throughout the warehouse
  • Provide great customer experience while distributing or stocking merchandise
Requirements:
  • A strong attention to detail across all departments
  • Demonstrate ability to set priorities and utilize time effectively
  • Take ownership of all customer, supplier, and vendor interactions and deliver the best experience
  • Act with integrity and communicate feedback through the appropriate channels
  • Eager to learn, understand, and communicate correct policy and procedure and utilize technology
