Business Leader Corporate Governance

The organisation's governance framework is a key component of its risk management strategy. This role contributes to the development and implementation of an effective governance framework that aligns with NSW Health and broader Government expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an enterprise risk management framework and associated risk management processes and policies.
- Leading the facilitation and documentation of the Executive Leadership Team's review of strategic and operational risks and mitigation strategies.
- Fostering a business culture of integrity, conformance, transparency, accountability, and best practice.
- Developing and presenting training to the business to uplift risk and governance capability.
As a corporate governance expert, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business. You will also have a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices, as well as experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks.
