Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our luxury hotel and casino.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate and support team members during each shift to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-energy environment
- Knowledge of RSA compliance and certification
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
