Lending Strategist

As a critical member of our lending team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of client success.

• This is a senior position where you will work closely with our Managing Director and Broker Team to support clients through the full lending journey.

• You will analyse client financials, income streams, and ownership structures to build accurate statements of position and servicing calculations.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis to inform lending strategies and deal structuring.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure applications meet both client goals and lender requirements.
• Map out tailored lending structures aligned with client objectives and lender policy.
• Workshop complex scenarios with the Broker to refine deal positioning before presenting to lenders.

• Experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or para broking (experience with complex lending structures highly regarded).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data entry, calculations, and documentation.
• Confidence in engaging with lenders, interpreting policy, and resolving credit queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and lender interactions.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
