Job Summary:

This is a commercial client specialist role where you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction and facilitating timely closings and funding of credit transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients in a relationship management model.
  • Understand client needs and recommend bank products/services to meet those opportunities.
  • Provide customer service to clients, including account maintenance, wire processing, exception monitoring, and other servicing items.
  • Assist in post-approval due diligence for loan closings and work with borrowers to collect outstanding items.
  • Communicate with sales, credit, external partners, and 3rd party vendors to ensure closing dates and times are met.
  • Review and process advances, monitor current accounts, and interact with clients.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers (RM) and Portfolio Managers (PM) to ensure satisfactory ongoing monitoring of loans and assist with timely collection of financial statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a financial institution supporting commercial clients.
  • Experience in understanding complex loan structures and CSI/LaserPro experience preferred.
