Performance Test Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in implementing best practices in performance testing to ensure high-quality services for business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain documentation to support performance test delivery and define quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders across divisions and operational areas.
  • Tailor communication to different audiences, both written and verbal, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Drive strategic thinking and innovation to improve efficiency and advocate for the benefits of the performance test team.
