Our transport planning team is seeking talented graduates to join our two-year graduate development program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess transportation needs.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions.
  • Assist with calculations, spreadsheet assessments, and intersection analysis to ensure safe and efficient transportation systems.
  • Contribute to project planning, coordination, and report writing.
  • Prepare documents and presentations for clients.
  • Determine and advise on intersection and parking layouts that meet industry standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs.
  • Organize tender documents and assist with proposal preparation to drive business growth.

About You

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography, or Economics is required.
  • You should be passionate about learning and problem-solving.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia is a must.
  • A final year student or 1-2 years post-graduation is ideal.
