What does a Transport Engineer or Planner in our Transport team do?- Carry out site surveys, investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects- Assist with collection and analysis of data as appropriate- Assist in undertaking calculations, spreadsheet assessments and intersection analysis to ensure that technical assessments provide appropriate solution- Support specific project including assisting with planning, co-ordination and report writing- Assist in the preparation of engineering project documents and client presentations pertaining to specific project deliverables- Assist with the assessment and provide design advice for intersection and parking layouts in accordance with current standards and guidelines.- Assist with communication and development of ongoing contacts with clients as required- Organise tender documents, assist in the preparation of tenders- Contribute to proposal and bid development to support business development activities, including preparing proposal material as required About You- Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Geography or Economics degree- Passion for learning and problem-solving- Eligible to work in Australia- Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post graduation Why Stantec?The Stantec community unites over 30,000 employees working in over 450 locations across six continents.
