**Job Summary:**

The Club Team Leader will lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve maximum membership growth and provide an exceptional member experience. The role involves managing daily workflows, setting sales targets, and developing a culture that inspires prospective members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the daily workflow of the Member Support Consultant team to meet monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets
  • Create a structure to ensure the team meets daily performance criteria
  • Deliver sales training to develop the Member Support Consultant team
  • Support the Club Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a strong ability to hit KPIs
  • Understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques
  • Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal
