We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Belle Property Ashfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with tenants, strata managers, and tradesmen, conducting routine, in-going, and out-going inspections, managing repairs and maintenance, participating in team training and development, conducting open home inspections, processing new tenant applications, and preparing and advertising properties online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, strata managers, and tradesmen
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report findings
  • Manage repairs and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in team training and development programs
  • Conduct open home inspections and showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Process new tenant applications and manage tenant selection
  • Prepare and advertise properties online to attract new tenants

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required
  • Must have a current Australian driver's licence and own or have regular access to a car
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Possess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
