We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to join our growing dynamic team at Hockingstuart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with tenants, strata managers, and tradesmen, conducting routine, in-going, and out-going inspections, managing repairs and maintenance, participating in team training and development, conducting open home inspections, processing new tenant applications, and managing tenant selection.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong communication with tenants, strata managers, and tradesmen to ensure seamless property management.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Manage repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure properties are always ready for occupation.
- Participate in team training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and improve your skills.
- Conduct open home inspections to showcase properties to potential tenants and maximize rental income.
- Process new tenant applications and manage tenant selection to ensure we find the best fit for our properties.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required to work in the industry.
- Must have your own vehicle and a current Driver's Licence to conduct inspections and manage properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants, strata managers, and tradesmen.
- Great organisation skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- Possess a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
