About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Director to join our team at EssenceMediacom, a leading agency within GroupM. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media plans that align with client objectives
  • Work closely with our strategy, creative, and account service teams to deliver integrated media solutions
  • Engage with business leadership teams to ensure client objectives are met
  • Collaborate with our digital teams to develop and implement digital media plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media planning and strategy
  • Strong understanding of media effectiveness and how media drives growth
  • Ability to work with data to inform media planning decisions
  • Experience with planning tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
