### Job Title: Planning Director

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Director to join our team at GroupM. As a Planning Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that drive business results for our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute media plans that meet client objectives
* Work closely with the strategy, creative, account service, marketplace, and digital teams to deliver on client objectives
* Engage with the business leadership team to ensure alignment and delivery of client objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research on media effectiveness and how media drives growth

### Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in media planning
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans
* Strong understanding of media channels and how to leverage them to drive business results
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
