Care Partners Sought for Home Services

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Care Partners supporting clients in their own homes. As a Casual Care Partner, you will be part of our team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients, helping them live their best possible lives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with household cleaning and laundry, showering, continence support, grooming, dressing, food preparation, medication assistance, social support, and transport.
  • Develop genuine connections with your clients and help them maintain their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Car Insurance to transport clients.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience.
  • A proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email.
