This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in human resources management. You will be working with a State Government Department in Nerang, contributing to the success of the organization through expert advice and guidance.
Your key responsibilities will include advising stakeholders on performance management and discipline, participating in meetings, and preparing correspondence. Additionally, you will deliver presentations and information sessions to the leadership team and staff on HR initiatives, enhancing recruitment processes and undertaking research and analysis of HR legislation, directives, and policies.
To excel in this role, you should have experience providing human resource management services and advice to leaders within an operational environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a C-class current driving license, are also essential. A relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business Management is highly regarded but not mandatory.
