About the role

Luv Bridal Pty Ltd, a leading bridal fashion retailer, is seeking a highly talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's people strategy and driving the HR function at our Biggera Waters, Queensland location.

What you'll be doing

Developing, implementing and evaluating HR policies, procedures and programs to support the overall business objectives

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and separation

Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters

Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements

Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organisation's growth and evolution

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry

Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and workplace relations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Proven track record in designing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs

Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Proactive, solutions-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
