Customer Services Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business professional to partner with our General Manager as part of the care home leadership team.

As a Customer Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the employee experience across various functions, including rostering and pay, training/compliance and Human Resources. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Recruitment Activities
  • Rostering and payroll administration
  • Shared reception duties as the face of the Care Home

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience gained in a similar admin/customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Diplomacy and highly developed organisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Kronos/payroll systems/admin requirements in the Aged, Health Care or regulated industry (advantageous)
