Job Description: As a Support Worker, you will provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being, assist with medication administration, support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks, facilitate social access and leisure activities, and tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
