As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Our team provides care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving lives, with a genuine interest in gaining or already have 2+ years experience in the aged care or disability space. They will be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively, with an adaptable and organised approach to work.
We are seeking someone who is available to commit to at least 20 hours per week, with a positive attitude and friendly demeanour. National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old) or current NDIS worker screening check is required, along with current First Aid, Manual Handling and Hand Hygiene certificates. A Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module is preferred for NDIS support worker roles. Current Drivers Licence and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured is also necessary.
