Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Marion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team, leading and engaging the team daily, coaching and inspiring through training, creating a customer-centric environment, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and inspiring best practice.

Responsibilities
  • Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets

Requirements
  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
