An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team in MYER MARION, SA

As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. 

  

About You: 

  • Have a minimum of 1 years fashion retail management experience

  • Experience in managing a team of 3 or more

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s

  • Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities

  • Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team

  • Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store. 

  • Experience in performance management, performance-based rostering and recruitments

  • Have an interest in fashion and trends 

  • Take pride in your personal style and presentation

  • Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
