Mobilisation Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and family-owned organisation that has been providing excellence in safety, reliability, customer service, and value engineering for over 30 years.

The organisation specialises in pumping, treatment, and storage systems, providing leading-edge solutions across various sectors such as mining, commercial, industrial, environmental, process, and water infrastructure both nationally and internationally.

As a Mobilisation Administrator, you will be responsible for engaging with employees, clients, technicians, and internal departments to ensure scheduled install works are prepared and mobilised to site on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising pre-employment medicals, inductions, site forms, new starter packs
  • Liaising with Project Managers, Clients, and Technicians
  • Coordinating site requirements
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Checking trade qualifications and licenses
  • Document control and filing
  • Creating quotes and reviewing client accounts
  • Mobilising employees to site

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • A current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing requirements and adapt to change

Desirable experience and knowledge includes:

  • Sound understanding of site access requirements and mobilisation procedures
  • FIFO Admin Experience (desirable)
  • Demonstrated OH&S Awareness
  • Previous exposure to manufacturing, construction, or the resources sector

This role requires a flexible and proactive individual who can pivot between a broad range of responsibilities.
