Training Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of training services within our scope of training and assessment.

Your primary objectives will include reviewing, monitoring, and developing training strategies, policies, and delivery to ensure all standards meet industry requirements and are of a high standard. You will also manage trainers and assessors, work with industry and community groups to strengthen our vocational training position through partnerships, and develop an efficient team that fosters a positive culture through training and professional development.

  • Develop and implement effective training strategies, policies, and delivery plans to meet industry standards.
  • Manage a team of trainers and assessors, providing guidance, support, and leadership to achieve optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, community groups, and stakeholders to promote our training offerings and enhance our reputation.
  • Conduct regular training needs analyses, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant meat processing experience, preferably within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create, build, and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • A current driver's license.
