We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Perth, Western Australia is the base location for this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex insurance claims and a strong understanding of the local market.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and analyzing complex claims, as well as developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigation and analysis of complex claims
  • Development and implementation of mitigation strategies
  • Project management of insurer-appointed consultants
  • Review of related technical documentation
  • Review, audit and schedule cost documentation
  • Contract and policy interpretation
  • Quantification and valuation of repairs/remedial measures and related timelines
  • Performance of successful settlement negotiations
  • Reviewing technical documents and summarising within reports for insurers
  • Provision of technical presentations – case specific and external knowledge sharing
  • Contribution towards a technical article within 'Integrated', a leading industry magazine
Requirements
