
Loyalty Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our loyalty strategy consulting sales efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and business growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve loyalty programs.
This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Manage sales pipeline and run processes pipelines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and enhancing customer engagement.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Corporate Security Responsibility:
- Responsible for information security and must abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed.
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings.
