Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and manage bar operations efficiently at our establishment in Darwin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cash and credit transactions, complete opening or closing checklists, and maintain a clean bar environment
  • Ensure equipment is working efficiently and inform guests about various types of liquor, wines, spirits, and promotions
  • Manage bar food orders and serve beverages in the correct glassware
  • Record spillage and wastage of stock and dispose of items properly

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience required
  • Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and personal appearance expected
  • Previous experience working in a bar environment preferred
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates necessary
