Bar Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless bar operations.

Your primary objective will be to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests, while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all bar areas are well-stocked, maintained and cleaned regularly. This includes handling cash and credit transactions, managing inventory, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build rapport with our guests and colleagues alike.

• To oversee all cash and credit transactions throughout the shift
• To maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste
• To handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
• To work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or industry
• Cocktail knowledge and making experience is highly desirable
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous experience working in a bar environment is essential
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required
