About the Role:

Sephora is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing stockroom operations, ensuring seamless processes and timely delivery of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stock movements in and out of the warehouse
  • Complete paperwork procedures for accurate and prompt store operations
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to support loss prevention strategies
  • Assist with periodic stock takes

Requirements:

  • Stock or inventory experience in a multi-serving retail environment
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, showcasing resilience and adaptability
  • Experience using SAP and process improvement skills
  • Physical fitness to handle boxes weighing up to 20kgs
  • Innate desire to help internal and external customers
  • Commitment to working a seven-day rotating shift roster
