Emergency Medicine Registrar Opportunity

This is a critical healthcare role that requires a skilled professional to provide urgent medical care to the community. The emergency department is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and staffed by experienced healthcare professionals.

About the Role

The registrar will work closely with consultants, registrars, RMOs, and nursing staff to deliver timely and efficient patient care 24/7. They will be responsible for managing patients in various situations, including acute and ambulatory cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patients in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate qualification in medicine or a related field.
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
