Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering on a daily basis.
  • Maintain lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

About You:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results efficiently.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • White Card certification recommended but not required.
