Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our gardening and landscaping team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and a passion for gardening and landscaping. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve outstanding results in a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance gardens and outdoor spaces through tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
