**Castle Care & Co** is looking for an experienced and detail-obsessed cleaner ready to step into a leadership role. This is your chance to help shape the quality and future of our domestic cleaning services — with real growth into service coordination and management.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and support a small team of residential cleaners
- Train new staff to meet high-quality standards
- Conduct quality checks and provide feedback
- Ensure client satisfaction and respond to service issues
- Assist in scheduling and job coordination as needed

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
- Exceptional attention to detail and reliability
- Great communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $37.79 per hour
