Job Description:

Safety Systems Support Specialists are integral to ensuring overall health and safety performance across the organization.

They collaborate closely with senior governance professionals to develop and maintain policies, procedures, forms, and tools used by each business area, including oversight of risk, document registers, and legislative trackers.

The role involves providing data-driven reporting and adjusting style to meet various business operational levels, from site to executive level papers.

Key responsibilities include supporting operations teams, conducting data interrogation and statistical analysis, and providing timely delivery of defined and ad-hoc safety reports.

  • Supporting the Operations team to meet their safety responsibilities and drive continual improvement in areas of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Conducting data interrogation, statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative research to identify organisational gaps and generate value-add information for decision making
  • Providing timely delivery of defined and ad-hoc safety, health, environment, and quality reports
