Chief Technology Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the technology industry.
- Build talent communities and manage recruitment processes to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, pool and build talent communities for specific capability verticals within the ICT sector.
- Manage recruitment processes including advertising, telephone screening, long listing, shortlisting and submission through client recruitment portals.
- Provide intelligence and support at hosted events and contractor care initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology recruitment with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Exceptional speed to market and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
