About the Role

Lycopodium is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across the resources, infrastructure, and industrial processes sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all project activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, with a strong focus on community and industrial relations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on matters affecting project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and target deliverables to a consistently high standard.
  • Compile and submit project progress reports on a monthly basis or as required by the contract.
  • Lead and manage project teams in compliance with applicable project requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide project support and input to proposals, customer presentations, and marketing activities as required.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the chemical, process, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a broad multi-disciplinary base in processing, manufacturing, chemical, and plant/infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and influence multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver critical project objectives.
  • Strong understanding and awareness of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community, and industrial relations issues.
  • Experience in feasibility study management is desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable.
