Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse functions at our state-of-the-art blending facility.

You will oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate a team of 6 associates.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage priorities and communicate with senior management.
  • A solid understanding of warehouse management principles, including quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Experience with SAP software and knowledge of HACCP, QA, and Health and Safety standards.
  • Ability to lead by example and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, including:

  • Ensuring daily schedules for each shift are met.
  • Leading by example and developing policies and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with Customer Service, Production, and Senior Management.
  • Liaising with transport companies and preparing customer orders.
  • Managing employee performance and stock control within SAP.
