About the Role

As a Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Administrator at Gateways, you will:

  • Support with the induction and rostering of all Inclusion Support Additional Assistant (ISAA) staff, in line with kindergarten requirements
  • Be responsible for monitoring the KIS mailbox and responding to both internal and external enquiries
  • Be responsible for supporting all staff on their commencement in the ISAA role
  • Liaise with Kindergarten and Childcare services around the recruitment of ISAA staff to their service
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the backfill list and casual staffing pool
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office, client rostering, and client management database systems

  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
  • Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
