As a Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Administrator at Gateways, you will:
- Support with the induction and rostering of all Inclusion Support Additional Assistant (ISAA) staff, in line with kindergarten requirements
- Be responsible for monitoring the KIS mailbox and responding to both internal and external enquiries
- Be responsible for supporting all staff on their commencement in the ISAA role
- Liaise with Kindergarten and Childcare services around the recruitment of ISAA staff to their service
- Take responsibility for maintaining the backfill list and casual staffing pool
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Capacity to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office, client rostering, and client management database systems

- NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
