Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile and fixed plant maintenance planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate the 2-weekly maintenance plan with prioritised tasks based on criticality
  • Work closely with the long-term planning team to manage the 3-month LTP/major components plan, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Lead regular weekly review meetings with the site team to discuss ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with the shutdown planning team to develop safe and effective shutdown plans
  • Monitor condition monitoring data, reviewing results from oil sample bottles and processing samples as required
  • Prepare planned job packs for upcoming work, including ordering parts and labour when necessary
  • Ensure accurate recording of completed job packs, including updating tyre management systems as needed
  • Manage statutory tasks such as registerable plant and fire suppression, maintaining compliance at all times
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to corporate regarding the effectiveness of maintenance strategies at your site
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, with knowledge of CMMS software (AMT advantageous)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
