Full-Time Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate retail sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role requires full-time availability - 38 hours per week, across weekdays and weekends. If you have a strong retail sales background, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Meet or exceed store sales targets and take ownership of all store resources to achieve them
  • Deliver exceptional customer service according to brand standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure product availability
  • Represent the brand and values in an inspiring manner

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth through effective inventory management and visually appealing store displays
  2. Provide outstanding customer experiences that foster loyalty and drive repeat business
  3. Ensure timely delivery of merchandise and maintain accurate stock levels
  4. Partner with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with proven success
  • Motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
