Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canning Vale, WA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Providing face-to-face customer service and handling enquiries
  • Performing warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
  • Replenishing stock and conducting regular stock takes
  • Processing purchases via cash, card, or account
  • Maintaining showroom displays and rotating stock
  • Keeping the counter and packing areas clean, organised, and efficient

We offer an exceptional training program to ensure your success from day one. If you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
  • A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A curious, growth-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed
