Retail Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • We strive to deliver unparalleled customer service to internal and external customers, meeting their evolving needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • We process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless interactions with cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS systems.
  • We conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • We promote products and services through strategic up-selling and cross-selling initiatives, merchandising, and promotional activities that drive business growth.
  • We assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
  • We foster rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs, preferences, and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess experience in customer service and/or cash handling, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas.
  • Applicants must be physically fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for shifts, adhering to our health and safety standards.
