Job Title: Learning & Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Learning Strategies: Develop and implement effective learning strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs across business units to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Develop Engaging Learning Programs: Create and deliver engaging learning programs (in-house and outsourced) to support talent development.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to support performance improvement and succession planning.
  • Evaluate Learning Interventions: Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions and report on outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a learning and development or training advisory role.
  • Instructional Design: Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Staff Management: Experience managing or mentoring staff.
  • LMS and E-Learning Tools: Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
