Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic team member to take on the role of Front of House Liaison. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the venue.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Checking identification for all patrons entering the venue
  • Ensuring customers adhere to dress code requirements
  • Monitoring the movement of all personnel entering and exiting the premises
  • Assisting patrons with helpful advice and guidance around the venue
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reception area, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinating the smooth flow of customers and staff within the venue
  • Handling queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Current RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous customer service experience (desired, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Ability to remain calm and maintain a sense of control in difficult situations
