About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Site Supervisor to join our team at Endeavour Foundation. As a Home Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Support Workers across two beautiful SDA homes, ensuring a high quality of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site operations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure ongoing audit compliance and provide supervision and training to a team of support workers
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure the safety and high standard of support for residents
  • Support the financial performance of the home service sites through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget
  • Deliver and encourage others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes
Requirements
  • Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures
  • Experience in supervision of a high performing team of staff
  • Experience in the management of SIL environments
  • Experience in the Disability sector and ideally with complex behaviours, disabilities and mental health highly advantageous
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Problem solving skills, to successfully identify issues, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach
  • A minimum Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support or significant proven experience in the community services sector
