Supply Chain Analyst Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to support our bakery operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Data Analysis & Process Optimization:
    • Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiencies.
    • Utilize advanced analytics tools to model scenarios, forecast demand, and optimize inventory replenishment cycles.
  • Inventory Management & Reporting:
  • Conduct comprehensive inventory audits to monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
  • Generate detailed reports on stock movements, shelf-life tracking, and supplier lead times.
Process Improvement & Innovation:Evaluate current supply chain workflows and propose strategic revisions to enhance efficiency.Lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign processes and recommend innovative solutions to streamline operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, experience with ERP systems, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
