Grill'd is a fast-paced, fun, and quick-service casual dining restaurant that's passionate about serving nutritious burgers and providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience to our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop your skills in all aspects of hospitality, from customer service to food preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
