Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination of Learn to Swim and Gymnastics programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash control, to ensure the centre's financial stability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the Centre Manager to increase program participation and centre engagement.
  • Engage with the local community to promote programs and services, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Lead, train, develop, and evaluate staff in all areas of operations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify growth opportunities for the centre, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Onboard new staff, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the team.
  • Roster staff efficiently, adhering to budget parameters and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Support all team members, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in managing gymnastics and/or Learn to Swim programs, with a strong understanding of program delivery and customer service.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative marketing strategies to drive program participation.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the centre and its customers.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, with a willingness to obtain a paid Blue Card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including members, parents, and staff.
