About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. As a key member of our Mining, Infrastructure & Project Delivery group, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop 12D civil design models and AutoCAD drawings for infrastructure projects, adhering to technical and commercial standards.
  2. Lead 12D/CAD design roles on select projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Coordinate design and documentation with other engineering and drafting disciplines, ensuring seamless project execution.
  4. Support business growth by contributing to project activities, from feasibility to detailed design.
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative team approach.
  6. Represent WSP professionally at all times, promoting our values and expertise.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
  2. 5-10 years of experience in civil design modeling (12D) and drafting, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  3. Practical experience with AutoCAD and 12D, with a strong understanding of civil design principles.
  4. Previous experience in mining or industrial infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
