Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a 7-month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave, and will play a critical role in supporting our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market.

This exciting opportunity is based at North Ryde, where you will be part of a dedicated internal team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career.

Your day will involve working collaboratively with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives and sourcing strategies for current and pipelined positions.

You will also be responsible for facilitating end-to-end Talent Acquisition functions including; job briefs, sourcing, screening, booking interviews, managing employment checks, negotiating offers and on-boarding.

Furthermore, you will actively maintain our applicant tracking system (Page Up) to ensure data integrity and gain a thorough understanding of the business areas that you support to ensure recruitment is aligned to their requirements and strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-end recruitment experience with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge and application of proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
